Uni-Rate ("אנחנו") מפעילה את האתר uni-rate.com, פלטפורמה לביקורות קורסים עבור סטודנטים באוניברסיטת רייכמן. מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו פרטים אישיים אנו אוספים, מדוע, ומהן הזכויות שלכם. אנו פועלים בהתאם לתקנות ה-GDPR האירופאיות ולחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי.Uni-Rate ("we", "us") operates uni-rate.com, a course review platform for students at Reichman University. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights regarding it. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

בעת יצירת חשבון אנו שומרים את כתובת המייל של רייכמן, שם תצוגה אופציונלי ואסימון סשן בעוגיית HttpOnly מאובטחת. כשאתם כותבים ביקורות, עושים לייק, עוקבים אחרי קורסים או שולחים טיפים, אנו שומרים את הפעילות הזו מקושרת לחשבון שלכם. אם תבנו מערכת שעות בזמן שאתם מחוברים, אנו שומרים אותה בחשבון שלכם - הקורסים והקבוצות שבחרתם ושמות של קורסים שהוספתם בעצמכם - כדי שהיא תיפתח גם במכשירים האחרים שלכם. אם תבחרו לחבר לינקדאין, אנו שומרים את השם, כתובת הפרופיל הציבורי, כתובת תמונת הפרופיל ומזהה לינקדאין יציב (sub).When you create an account we store your Reichman email address, an optional display name, and a session token in a secure HttpOnly cookie. When you write reviews, like, follow courses, or submit tips we store that activity linked to your account. If you build a timetable while signed in, we store it on your account - the courses and groups you selected and the names of any courses you added yourself - so it opens on your other devices. If you choose to connect LinkedIn, we store your LinkedIn name, public profile URL, profile photo URL, and a stable LinkedIn identifier (sub).

אנו משתמשים במידע שלכם להפעלת השירות: לאימות, להצגת ביקורות, לשליחת מיילים תפעוליים (אימות והתראות על קורסים שאתם עוקבים אחריהם) ולמניעת שימוש לרעה. הבסיס החוקי הוא ביצוע ההסכם איתכם והאינטרס הלגיטימי שלנו בהפעלה ובאבטחה של הפלטפורמה.We use your data to operate the service: to authenticate you, to display reviews, to send transactional emails (verification and notifications about followed courses), and to prevent abuse. The legal basis is performance of a contract with you and our legitimate interest in running and securing the platform.

אנו משתמשים בספקי המשנה הבאים: Vercel (אחסון ו-Vercel Analytics לסטטיסטיקות שימוש מצטברות), ספק מסד הנתונים PostgreSQL שלנו, שירות לשליחת מיילי אימות והתראות, ולינקדאין (רק אם תבחרו לחבר). איננו מוכרים את המידע שלכם לאף אחד.We use the following processors: Vercel (hosting and Vercel Analytics for aggregated usage stats), our PostgreSQL database provider, an email delivery service for verification links and notifications, and LinkedIn (only if you choose to connect). We do not sell your data to anyone.

כשאתם מסמנים ביקורת כאנונימית, השם והזהות שלכם מוסתרים משאר המשתמשים באתר. עם זאת, הביקורת נשארת מקושרת לחשבון שלכם במסד הנתונים שלנו כדי שנוכל לאכוף את הכללים ולהגיב לבקשות חוקיות במידת הצורך.When you mark a review as anonymous, your name and identity are hidden from other users on the public site. However, the review remains linked to your account in our database so we can enforce our rules and respond to legal requests if required.
קישורי יומןCalendar Links
כשאתם מוסיפים את מערכת השעות ליומן, אנו יוצרים קישור שמכיל את המערכת שלכם - מספרי קורסים, ימים, שעות, כיתות, ושמות של קורסים שהוספתם בעצמכם. אפליקציות יומן כמו Google Calendar ניגשות לקישור בלי להתחבר, ולכן אי אפשר להגן עליו בסיסמה: כל מי שיש לו את הקישור יכול לראות את המערכת. הקישור אינו מכיל שם, כתובת מייל או מזהה חשבון. שתפו אותו רק עם מי שהתכוונתם, והוסיפו את המערכת מחדש כדי לייצר קישור חדש.When you add your timetable to a calendar, we generate a link that contains your schedule - course numbers, days, times, rooms, and the names of any courses you added yourself. Calendar apps such as Google Calendar fetch that link without signing in, so it cannot be password-protected: anyone who has the link can see that schedule. It contains no name, email address, or account identifier. Share it only with people you mean to, and add your schedule again to generate a fresh link.
מערכת השעות השמורהYour Saved Timetable
בונה המערכת שומר את מערכת השעות בחשבון שלכם כל עוד אתם מחוברים, כדי שאותו שבוע ייפתח במחשב, בטלפון ובטאבלט. היא נשמרת מול החשבון שלכם, שמקושר לכתובת המייל של רייכמן - בשונה מקישור היומן שלמעלה, שאינו נושא מזהה. היא לעולם אינה מוצגת למשתמשים אחרים. ניקוי המערכת מוחק אותה ממסד הנתונים, מחיקת החשבון מוחקת אותה יחד איתו, ואם תבנו מערכת בלי להתחבר היא נשארת בדפדפן שלכם בלבד.The Schedule Builder saves your timetable to your account while you are signed in, so the same week opens on your laptop, phone, and tablet. It is stored against your account, which is linked to your Reichman email - unlike the calendar link above, which carries no identifier. It is never shown to other users. Clearing the schedule deletes it from our database, deleting your account deletes it with the account, and if you build a timetable without signing in it stays in your browser only.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions are managed via secure HttpOnly cookies, all traffic to and from the site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, and access to the database is restricted. We follow commonly accepted industry security standards. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, breaches, or data loss. By using Uni-Rate you acknowledge this inherent risk.

If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Uni-Rate מיועד למשתמשים מגיל 18 ומעלה. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי ממי שטרם מלאו לו 18. אם נודע לכם שקטין מסר לנו מידע אישי, אנא צרו איתנו קשר ונפעל למחיקתו.Uni-Rate is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
