By using this site you agree to these Terms. Uni-Rate is an independent student project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reichman University.
זכאותEligibility
Uni-Rate מיועד לסטודנטים נוכחיים ולשעבר של אוניברסיטת רייכמן עם כתובת מייל אוניברסיטאית תקפה. עליכם להיות בני 18 לפחות כדי ליצור חשבון.Uni-Rate is intended for current and former students of Reichman University with a valid university email address. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
מדיניות פרטיותPrivacy Policy
השימוש באתר כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות של Uni-Rate, המהווה חלק בלתי נפרד מתנאים אלו. אנא עיינו בה כדי להבין כיצד אנו אוספים ומשתמשים במידע האישי שלכם.Your use of the site is subject to the Uni-Rate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your personal data.
כללי תוכן הביקורותReview Content Rules
הביקורות חייבות להיות (א) מבוססות על חוויה אישית ישירה עם הקורס, (ב) כנות ומדויקות, (ג) נקיות מעלבונות, איומים, הטרדה או טענות משמיצות על מרצים או סטודנטים אחרים, ו-(ד) נקיות מחומר מבחן חסוי המפר את מדיניות האוניברסיטה. אנו רשאים להסיר תוכן המפר את הכללים האלה ללא הודעה מראש.Reviews must be (a) based on your personal first-hand experience with the course, (b) honest and accurate, (c) free of insults, threats, harassment, or defamatory claims about lecturers or other students, and (d) free of confidential exam material that violates university policy. We may remove any content that violates these rules without notice.

הבעלות על הביקורות שאתם שולחים נשארת אצלכם. בפרסום, אתם מעניקים ל-Uni-Rate רישיון עולמי, ללא תמלוגים ולא בלעדי להצגה, אחסון והפצה של התוכן הזה כחלק מהשירות.You retain ownership of the reviews you submit. By posting, you grant Uni-Rate a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content as part of the service.
קניין רוחני של האתרOur Intellectual Property
השם "Uni-Rate", הלוגו, המותג, קוד המקור, העיצוב, פריסת האתר, הגרפיקה וכל חומר אחר שנוצר על ידינו הם קניין רוחני בלעדי של Uni-Rate ומוגנים על פי דיני זכויות יוצרים וסימני מסחר. אסור להעתיק, לשכפל, לשנות, להפיץ או לעשות שימוש בכל אחד מאלה ללא אישור מראש ובכתב מאיתנו. סעיף זה אינו חל על תוכן שנוצר על ידי משתמשים (כגון ביקורות), אשר מוסדר בסעיף הרישיון לעיל.The Uni-Rate name, logo, brand, source code, design, layout, graphics, and any other materials created by us are the exclusive intellectual property of Uni-Rate and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of these without our prior written permission. This clause does not apply to user-generated content (such as reviews), which is governed by the License section above.
הסרת תוכן ופניותTakedown & Disputes
אם אתם סבורים שביקורת היא שקרית, משמיצה או מפרה בדרך אחרת את התנאים האלה, צרו קשר בכתובת המייל למטה. אנו בוחנים בקשות הסרה בתום לב ונסיר או נתקן תוכן במקרים המתאימים. מרצים וצדדים אחרים שנפגעו רשאים גם לבקש זכות תגובה.If you believe a review is false, defamatory, or otherwise violates these Terms, contact us at the email below. We review takedown requests in good faith and will remove or amend content where appropriate. Lecturers and other affected parties may also request a right of reply.
אנונימיותAnonymity
האנונימיות ב-Uni-Rate מסתירה את זהותכם משאר המשתמשים אך לא מ-Uni-Rate. אנו עשויים לחשוף את זהותכם אם נדרש על פי חוק, צו בית משפט, או כדי להגן על זכויותינו או על זכויות צד שלישי.Anonymity on Uni-Rate hides your identity from other users but not from Uni-Rate. We may disclose your identity if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or those of a third party.
שיפויIndemnification
אתם מתחייבים להגן, לשפות ולפצות את Uni-Rate ואת מפעיליה מפני כל תביעה, דרישה, הליך משפטי, נזק, הפסד, אחריות, עלות או הוצאה (לרבות שכר טרחת עורך דין סביר) הנובעים מתוכן ששלחתם לאתר, מהפרה של תנאים אלו על ידכם או מהפרת זכות של צד שלישי על ידכם. הדבר כולל, ללא הגבלה, כל תביעת הוצאת דיבה שתוגש נגד Uni-Rate על ידי מרצה או צד אחר בקשר לביקורת שכתבתם.You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Uni-Rate and its operators from and against any claim, demand, lawsuit, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to content you submitted to the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right. This includes, without limitation, any defamation claim brought against Uni-Rate by a lecturer or other party regarding a review you wrote.

אנו רשאים להשעות או למחוק חשבונות המפרים את התנאים האלה. אתם יכולים למחוק את החשבון שלכם בכל עת על ידי יצירת קשר איתנו.We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
זמינות האתרService Availability
Uni-Rate הוא פרויקט עצמאי הניתן על בסיס מאמץ סביר. איננו מתחייבים לזמינות של 100% מהזמן או לגישה ללא הפרעות. האתר עשוי לרדת לצורכי תחזוקה, לחוות תקלות טכניות, באגים או השבתות, ולעיתים עלול להיגרם אובדן מידע. לא תהיה לכם כל טענה כלפי Uni-Rate בגין השבתות, תקלות טכניות או אובדן מידע, ובאחריותכם לשמור עותקים משלכם של כל תוכן שתרצו לשמר.Uni-Rate is an independent project provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access. The site may be taken down for maintenance, may experience technical issues, bugs, or outages, and data may occasionally be lost. You will not have any claim against Uni-Rate for downtime, technical failures, or loss of data, and you are responsible for keeping your own copies of any content you wish to preserve.

Uni-Rate ניתן "כמות שהוא", ללא אחריות מכל סוג. הביקורות מייצגות את דעותיהם האישיות של הכותבים, ולא של Uni-Rate. במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק, Uni-Rate אינה אחראית לכל נזק עקיף, מקרי או תוצאתי הנובע מהשימוש באתר.Uni-Rate is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Reviews represent the personal opinions of their authors, not Uni-Rate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uni-Rate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
עדכון ושינוי תנאי השימושChanges to These Terms
אנו רשאים לעדכן את התנאים האלה מעת לעת לפי שיקול דעתנו הבלעדי. כאשר נעשה זאת, נעדכן את תאריך "עודכן לאחרונה" בראש העמוד. המשך השימוש שלכם ב-Uni-Rate לאחר כניסת התנאים המעודכנים לתוקף מהווה הסכמה לתנאים החדשים. אם אינכם מסכימים לתנאים המעודכנים, עליכם להפסיק את השימוש באתר.We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Uni-Rate after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the site.
דין חלGoverning Law
התנאים האלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל מחלוקת תתברר באופן בלעדי בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בתל אביב.These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
